What’s in Your Cup? Video Series
“What’s in Your Cup?” is a series of video interviews that amplify the stories of women who found hope despite personal and professional challenges. The “cup” is a personal narrative about the events that shape us. Our conversations share something personal that inspires others to think and to feel. I invite you to be part of my video conversations.
What is the "Cup"?
What’s in Your Cup series presents and preserves your story. I work with storytellers to unearth more than a chronology of life events. Listeners want to know how it made you feel. Uplift an audience with your personal insight.
Following a complimentary discovery call, I provide an interview template and conduct a planning meeting. We talk about story structure and what to expect. On a separate day, we record the conversation.
Storyteller inquiries are welcomed. Pricing is customized and project-based.

Hear My Story
As a passionate advocate for story, I encourage individuals to share their personal narrative. It’s a time-tested method to build strong connections at work, in families, and with friends. My performance storytelling began in 2012 at the Story Salon in Los Angeles, CA. Since that time, I have spoken in intimate settings as well as massive auditoriums. I am a Moth StorySLAM Champion and a Halo AwardTM winner for storytelling. I know first-hand the power of storytelling to connect people.
